The purpose of our area is to attract, recruit, identify, develop and deploy the talent Scottish Water will need to both perform and transform. Our team does this by equipping leaders with the skills, knowledge and attributes to ‘lead with character’ and developing our talented people to reach their full potential.

The Role
Our Learning and Talent Partner is a senior level role, the purpose of which is t o work closely with our senior leaders on talent identification and deployment, leadership development and our organisational learning strategies.

Salary: Band A ( Circa £45 – £48k per annum, depending on experience)
