The role
This is a great opportunity for a HR Advisor to join Scottish Enterprise. We’re at the centre of Scotland’s economic development and right now, we’re working closely with other agencies and the industry to support Scotland’s people and businesses throughout Covid-19. We’re leading the way on several progressive people practices, and setting an example for others to follow.
Working within the HR Operations team, you will tap into your expertise and professional judgement to deliver a proactive HR advisory service to teams at all levels within our organisation. From coaching and supporting people managers to overseeing general employee relations, you’ll be an important lead on a portfolio of HR-related programmes.
Crucially, you’ll use your excellent people skills to develop strong working relationships with leaders, team members and external partners alike.
