The difference you’ll make
The Scottish Enterprise Finance Centre processes all the financial transactions for the organisation. As part of our General Ledger Maintenance team, you’ll follow our finance compliance procedures to:

• Input and maintain standing data on our finance systems to make sure everything is up to date
• Issue forms to suppliers
• Work with suppliers and employees to complete validation checks on forms
• Manage user records and delegated authority levels on our systems

You’ll also deal with enquiries from suppliers and Scottish Enterprise colleagues by phone and email.

The qualities you’ll bring
You’ll have finance experience in a similar role. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, you’ll have exceptional organisational skills and be comfortable working to tight deadlines. You’ll have a confident telephone manner, and strong customer service skills.
You’ll definitely know your way around Microsoft Office, and will ideally bring some knowledge of Sun accounting systems.
