Scott Timber Hiring for Human Resources Business Partner at Upwood Full Time

Reporting To: Head of HR (Manufacturing Business Unit)

Hours of Work: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday

Salary: Up to £42,000 – £45,000 per annum

Your role:
As our Regional HR Business Partner, you will be the key point of contact and provide business partnership on all stages of the employee life cycle for designated sites across the North and East of England.

Contributing to the overall growth and direction of the business through well-judged planned people interventions, you’ll need to be confident in your thinking and judgement of situations, with collaborative approach and the proven ability to support, challenge and lead others.

Self-motivated and with a high level and inspiring wide range of communication skills, alongside a can-do approach. You will ideally have at least Associate Membership of the CIPD; be able to demonstrate your ongoing professional development, a comprehensive knowledge of employment law and experience in coaching and developing manager’s skills.
