Tracking and tracing is responsible for ensuring each shipment is on schedule and monitored accordingly, communicating with drivers, and all other departments and parties connected with freight movement.

We prefer previous experience in freight movement services and / or customer service for the position of a Tracker.

The skills required to carry out this job are :

• Ability to work in team-oriented environment while maintaining individual workload
• Ability to multi-task, work under moderately stressful situations and meet deadlines
• Excellent telephone skills (inbound and outbound)
• Self-motivated personality, with an eye for detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of internet, email and other software
• Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
