Position Summary:

As the controller you will work closely with CEO, COO, project managers and estimators on a multitude of tasks. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently and in a group with a passion for accuracy, and the ability to learn quickly. This person must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Internally and externally, the person in this position will exemplify our values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage all accounting operations including billing, AR, AP, GL

· Responsible for all financial reporting including monthly WIP

· Oversight of annual budget preparation

· Coordinate annual financial audits

· Overseeing PO and inventory management

Qualifications:

• Ten plus years’ experience in accounting leadership role
• CPA or MBA (preferred)
• BS in accounting / finance (required)
• Industry experience in construction (required)
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation are essential
• Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Suite with strong skills in Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
