Scotlynn USA Division Hiring for Manager of Talent Acquisition Full Time

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager provides leadership, training, support, hands-on recruiting and vision to recruitment staff and provides a data-driven company-wide talent acquisition strategy to support the current and future talent needs for Scotlynn USA.

Primary Responsibilities

• The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for driving a high-level flow of applicants for all open positions.
• Leading, hiring, and developing members of the recruitment team to stay up to date with the latest methods of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates to support the talent needs of Scotlynn USA
• Anticipates talent acquisition resources needs; fueling a pipeline with enough capable prospects to fulfill the growing talent needs of Scotlynn USA.
• Creating sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.
• Tracks and measures agreed-upon metrics; performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments in partnership with the leadership team who foresee the business needs requiring talent. Establishes 8-12 month forecasts and provides at a minimum quarterly update on status.
• Markets and brands externally and internally to support Scotlynn USA as an employer of choice.
• Creates a great interview and employment offer experience to candidates who become our team members and provides a seamless handoff to hiring managers
• Collaborate with Scotlynn Group Marketing and Communications with planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent-driven employer branding activities; I.e. planning, organizing, and attending relevant recruitment events/career fairs.
• Motivating employees to be brand ambassadors and planning and executing employee referral programs.
• Sourcing and discovering top talent for open positions using job boards and other relevant digital platforms.
• Increase the hiring managers’ capabilities by designing, planning, and executing recruitment and selection processes; e.g., training to support conducting interviews and screen calls.
• Present recruitment updates to the leadership, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders bi-weekly with data on team performance, the status of open positions, and other relevant data.
• Spends and invests wisely to accomplish the above.

Abilities and Skills

• Thorough understanding of current/relevant recruiting methods, best practices and applicable policies/employment laws and regulations.
• High volume recruiting with multiple incumbent positions preferred; i.e. sales, retail, hospitality, healthcare preferred.
• Experienced in the ability to articulate simple and focused verbal and written communication.
• Savvy in building relationships and a customer centric approach to supporting internal and external key stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business curriculum, preferably business administration, finance, human resources, or equivalent experience preferred; with at least 5-7 years of progressively higher level of recruiting experiences.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or oversite of a recruiting team required.
• Sales recruiting experience a plus.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems/HRIS; Kronos (UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)) HRIS (Human Resource Information System) experience a plus.
• SHRM, AIRS, or other industry-recognized recruitment certification is desired.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
