Contributing to the overall success of the Scotia Digital Customer Security Services (CSS) in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives and ensuring all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge

Liaison with bank technical areas to address application, security and network/communication issues and project coordination

Keep pace with Industry Authentication Authorization standards to optimize design for customer and security acceptance

Participate in all aspects of a project life cycle (Requirements, Analysis, Design, Code, Test, Implementation and Production handover)

Create documentation including design, operational and support documents

Lead technical sessions and code/program and design/review

Provide feedback to Product roadmaps a hands-on Senior advisor/technical to deliver a Customer Authentication solution which is based on Access Management platform.

Partner with QA, DevOps, Engineer, Architecture and Product Engineers teams to manage deliverables

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?

At least 5 years of experience developing and supporting applications using Java 8 and Spring

Experience with Agile software development and project management methodologies, version control systems, such as Git and SVN

Experience in Authentication Protocols: SAML 2, OIDC, Oauth 2

Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP).

Possess comprehensive knowledge of QA methodology, procedures and standards.

Excellent algorithms and data structure skills

Basic DB administration experience (Oracle, SQL Server)

Familiar and adapt to Continuous Integration and Deployment methodology.

Working knowledge on Identity Management solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, demonstrated from both technical and business perspectives

Fluency (writing and speaking) in Spanish language is an asset
