Who we are
The Loyalty and Partnerships business is comprised of the Rewards program within Scotiabank. The launch of the Scene+ Program was a recent accomplishment by the L&P group. With a focus on the rewards redemptions, this is a fast paced, dynamic business line focused on driving a winning customer experience, deepening relationships, and driving portfolio profitability.
You will
Manage internal and external partner customer escalation and resolution
Have excel knowledge (knowing how to track and create pivot tables)
Be the day to day point of contact to help manage ad-hoc escalations from internal leadership
Have a customer focus approach, putting the customer first
Assist the team with monthly dashboard reporting
Contribute to the overall business objectives set out by the Loyalty and Partnerships team
Champion a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
Who we are looking for
All interested applicants must be enrolled in a program with a post-secondary educational institution. We will confirm with your school that you are enrolled.
Ability to effectively and concisely communicate issues identified through escalation management
Strong Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment
