You: Proudly wear a badge for your proven track record executing digital marketing campaigns. Your practical expertise spans social media strategy, management, and brand partnership programs. You have a keen eye for analyzing social data/metrics, and commitment to discovering solutions that enhance client campaigns. Your know-how extends to working across teams and clients to develop strategy and implement cohesive content that WOWs audiences across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, blogs, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client services team to align digital marketing campaigns by developing, coordinating, and ing on paid and organic social media campaigns
• Build annual and quarterly social media strategies for clients that follow an omnichannel approach
• Implement and build paid social campaigns to reach specific client goals
• Own organic social media posting and listening for clients through Hootsuite
• Develop client-facing guides, videos, and trainings for executive and corporate account management
• Take the lead on bringing innovative tools and solutions to social media strategies including AI
• Provide strategic social media mentorship and training to internal teams and clients
• Be known as the subject matter expert and stay up to date on best practices and trends within social media
• Monitor and analyze data in client dashboards for campaign performance and make optimization efforts and strategic recommendations in real time

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
• Exceptionally organized with flawless time management
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, advertising, marketing, or a similar area of study
• 2+ years of related work experience

• Prior agency or health science industry experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Social Media Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Marketing Agency: 1 year (Preferred)
