Scope Hiring for Talent Acquisition and Systems Manager Job at London, England Full Time

Location: You can live anywhere in England or Wales and work at home if that suits you best. Some travel to Scope head office will be expected but you definitely do not have to live in London

Working as part of the People team you will manage the resourcing/recruitment activity, processes and recruitment software system (iTrent) to offer the best-in-class recruitment and onboarding experience for all candidates and employees.

Permanent full time, 35 hours per week (Mondy to Friday)

Job Description

This is a pivotal role in the People Team with the opportunity to take our resourcing and onboarding activity to the next level.

You will lead an effective and engaged resourcing team to provide a best-in-class inclusive 360-degree talent acquisition service based on Scopes values and behaviours.

You will have responsibility for managing the HR recruitment software (iTrent) to underpin the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

To have demonstrable experience of leading a resourcing team to deliver innovative and inclusive solutions to recruitment challenges
