Your day.

As an Executive / Leadership Recruiter, you need to know how to:

• Serve as a strategic internal consultant to clients and manages the full cycle recruitment process for a broad array of system executive and leadership positions.
• Lead hiring business strategies through the development, coordination, and delivery of executive and leadership talent by understanding the strategic needs of the organization, and the competencies required for success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to help develop and facilitate internal and external relationships with key functional experts and leaders to build, accelerate, and sustain leadership capability and plan for business outcomes.
• Design, implement, and execute effective executive and leadership search strategies.
• Screen candidates for cultural fit, skill set, availability, interest level, compensation and relocation needs.
• Act as a talent consultant to shape the future recruiting capability of SCL Health.
• Develop plans to attract required skill sets that will ensure top talent is available to support SCL Health’s objectives within the business units.
• Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organization development, human resources or related field, required.
• Master’s degree, preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible full lifecycle recruitment experience, with an emphasis in the recruitment of senior-level experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in a corporate setting, required.
• Ability to leverage social media and passive sourcing techniques to identify and quality leadership talent, required.
• Demonstrated expertise and success in customer relationship management with strong consultative skills, required.
• Demonstrated experience working on leadership and executive positions, highly preferred.
