Electrical Engineer – Research and Development
The salary range for this position is $125k – $162k. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.

Position Summary:
You will work very closely with the technical team developing and supporting our product line of aesthetic medical laser systems. The position is located in Palo Alto, California.
In this role, you will engage in:
- Electronic design, including simulation
- Parts selection, taking into consideration obsolescence, availability, and cost
- PCB design using Altium Designer
- Embedded controller development (ARM)
- System wiring harness and cable design
- Hardware and software testing
- System Compliance Testing
- Prototype build/ SMD rework
