Scismic Hiring for Software Product Trainer Job at Austin, TX Full Time

Scismic is supporting the growth of a life sciences software company. We are in search of a senior Software Product Trainer (SPT) to develop and deliver software product training to its employees and customers of our proprietary science platform. Our science platform is a revolutionary software package that digitalizes and automates lab and manufacturing operations of life-sciences and health care companies – that are focused in Genomics Research, Cell and Gene therapies and Molecular Diagnostics.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with engineering, product management, dev ops, implementation services teams to develop, update and deliver training modules to our employees and customers
– Learn our science platform’s end-user product features and functions
– Learn our science platform’s product administration features and functions
– Write training modules using the latest digital content development technologies

Requirements (MUST HAVES):
– Minimum of a Bachelors in a relevant field, such as computational biology, bioinformatics, molecular genetics etc.
– Background in computational and wet-lab sciences
– Experience in working in a software company creating and delivering training modules
– Experience in e-learning and virtual training platforms
– Comfortable working in Linux and Mac operating systems
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
