Light & Wonder is seeking a highly motivated and creative Program Manager to lay the foundation for our Gaming Talent Programs globally by creating and executing a strategic roadmap for a variety of programs aimed at attracting a diverse pipeline of early and emerging talent as well as transformational leadership development programs focused on high potential employee growth.

Using your desire to Win as a Team as well as your strong communication and relationship building skills, you will collaborate with a variety of internal teams including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and operational business leaders to build a strategy focused our growth needs. You will also cultivate, drive, and maintain meaningful relationships with external partners including universities, diversity partner organizations, community organizations, niche communities and other organizations within the gaming and entertainment industries.

The ideal candidate will have successfully built and led talent programs from scratch, is data-driven, and builds trust with stakeholders with ease. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are resourceful and willing to roll up your sleeves. You will possess strong program management skills and have experience designing, assessing, deploying, and optimizing talent campaigns & initiatives. You will have the ability to influence change and drive innovation and transformation.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand the business priorities and opportunities to influence the recruiting product roadmap, strategy and initiatives.

• Ensure Inclusion, Diversity & Equity are at the forefront of all talent program recruitment strategies.

• Identify ways to build new relationships and partnerships with a variety of organizations to formally establish Light & Wonder’s presence and engagement with students, graduates, early-in-career and career transitioning talent.

• Assist in planning and attend virtual and live campus events to build relationships with students.

• Build and deliver presentations to executive leadership to provide proposals for new programs and updates on existing programs, and to inform leaders of risks and issues relating to change adoption.

• Establish metrics to measure the program’s success and provide regular analysis to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Support onboarding experiences for interns and other talent programs.

• May assist in interview scheduling, candidate management and offer generations stages for interns and new grads, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional work experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR field, including a minimum of 3 years creating and leading similar cutting edge talent programs, preferably with a focus on technical talent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

• Must be available to travel within the US to attend key campus and industry events during prime campus hiring seasons.

Preferred Qualifications and Key Traits:

• Proficient in recruiting fundamentals throughout the hiring lifecycle (i.e., sourcing, assessment, candidate management, offer negotiation, etc.).

• Previous experience building and executing early career and other talent programs from beginning to end.

• Outstanding project management skills and ability to bring an idea from conception to execution.

• Experience successfully designing, launching, scaling, sustaining and evolving innovative talent strategies across various business functions.

• Proven ability to drive a strategic vision and long-range plan, while executing near-term priorities efficiently and with operational excellence.

• Deep knowledge and an extensive network of established relationships across the early and emerging talent ecosystem.

• Flexible, open-minded and personable with ability to communicate with talent in diverse stages of their careers.

• Motivated self-starter who thrives in complex, collaborative, ambiguous, and autonomous environments.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with working in an office setting for long hours with the ability to remain seated at the computer terminal for extended periods. Extreme repetitive motion using keyboard, mouse and telephone. Position can be high stress and extremely fast paced. Ability to handle directive, assess situations, enter into dialogue and complete tasks.

Work Conditions:

• May require weekend and evening hours. Some travel within the US will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
