Working from home and/or one or offices in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney or Melbourne, you will be a highly collaborative, thought-based business developer with outstanding communication.
Eager to get-out-and go, you will specialise in building partnerships with schools and education authorities seeking assistance in navigating the labour shortage and recruiting quality staff members. Equipped with an innovative new attraction and hiring product, you will be capable of selling software as a solution. You will understand schools and ideally have worked in schools or in a supporting capacity within the education or similar industry.

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with school in a business development or relationship focused capacity
- A post secondary school qualification in either Education, Business, Marketing or IT
