Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Finance Controller -Industry to join our high performing Finance Team based in Macquarie Park. Supporting our Industry and Process Automation business unit, you will be responsible to deliver scalable growth and value creation through business advisory & thoughtful analysis that will drive strategic decisions. Acting as partner with the business by delivering financial analysis, actionable insights, and governance/control.

Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Provide End to End support to the Industry & PA business leaders from insights to actions and delivery
  • Drive the accountability and P&L ownership of key business stakeholders
  • Ensure credit management processes are in place, key risks are addressed, and cash management
  • Review Industry and PA monthly financial results and KPIs and ensure accuracy
  • Support Finance transformation projects including ERP implementations and Migrations

About You

You are someone who masters multitasking, is a critical thinker and has agile approach. You are a highly driven individual seeking to work with a value-based organisation whose solutions are leading edge. In addition you possess the following relevant skills and attributes

  • Graduate degree in finance/accounting plus professional qualification
  • Demonstrated experience ideally around 10 years in accounting/finance discipline
  • Understanding of Financial (P&L) Management, Strategic Thinking & Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting, Risk Management, Business Systems, Continuous Improvement & Quality
  • Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Excel)
  • Knowledge of performance measurement
  • Mastery of systems, analytical, tools and data management
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills
  • Influential and the ability to manage a diverse group of stakeholders
