Schlesinger Group Hiring for HR Recruiter – Contractor / Remote Job at London, England Full Time

Schlesinger Group is a leading market research company specializing in qualitative and quantitative research data collection services, worldwide. We are represented across key research markets in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Spain.

We are looking for a Talent Aquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter (Contractor) who supports the recruiting for Schlesinger in Europe (France, UK, Germany and Spain). With your passion for people and an excellent grasp of their needs you’ll make the Recruiting process a rewarding experience for everyone involved. This is a remote working position.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire recruiting cycle from job posting, pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews to extending the job offer
• Actively sourcing qualified candidates using different search methods
• Identify external channels to source suitable candidates
• Working closely with the European HR Team and the hiring managers

Required Experience:

• Degree in HR or related fields/Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in HR, a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition in the European market
• Working experience in the Market Research industry is a plus
• Fluent English language skills is a must – written and spoken
• Fluent language skills in either German, French or/and Spanish is a plus
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is beneficial
