Your responsibilities

• Support the review and implement HR processes, policies, procedures.
• Identify, design and deliver relevant in house HR training.
• Support managers to identify training needs for employees and provide guidance in capturing development goals in Workday.
• Provide advice, support, and guidance to ensure all grievances, disciplinary processes, disputes and workplace investigations are dealt with promptly, impartially and confidentially in accordance with policy and best practice standards.
• Ensure compliance of relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Undertake recruitment and selection assignments within agreed time frames as per company policy, procedures, and processes.
• Assist with assigned portfolios and ensure relevant information are kept up to date and available through Sharepoint.
• Proactively support HR projects, strategic initiatives, and calendar activities.

Your qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Employment Law.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage, partner, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated high level of knowledge and understanding of human resource concepts and practices and how these are applied in the workplace.
• Takes pride in all written and verbal communications; previous experience in preparing and delivering training packages and presentations through a variety of mediums.
• Experience with Workday and Seek Advertising would be an advantage.
