Job Description

As our Digital Marketing Manager , you’ll be a pivotal force in shaping our brand’s digital presence and driving strategic marketing initiatives.

ing directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborating closely with the Managing Partner and Marketing Committee Chair , your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities.

Not only will you oversee digital campaigns, but you’ll also play a crucial part in coordinating and preparing responses to RFQs (Requests for Qualifications) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) .

Additionally, you’ll assist in organizing and executing client-facing events, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for our clients.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning and Alignment :

• Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s overall goals.
• Collaborate with the COO, Managing Partner, and Marketing Partner to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.

Campaign Management :

• Oversee all digital channels, including : SEO / SEM, Social media, Email marketing, Content marketing, Paid advertising
• Optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

RFQ and RFP Coordination :

• Prepare and submit timely and compelling responses to RFQs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information.
• Ensure compliance with submission requirements.

Client-Facing Events :

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing firm events aimed at engaging clients.
• Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities.
• Foster strong client relationships during events.

Analytics and Performance Measurement :

• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies based on data.

Vendor Management and Partnerships :

• Work closely with external agencies and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Budget Oversight :

• Allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
• Track expenses and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements :

Preferred Experience : Experience with Law Firms, Five years in digital marketing, Proven success in managing end-to-end campaigns, and Experience with RFQs and RFPs is a plus.

Skills :

Strong analytical abilities, Proficiency in marketing tools, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and Excellent communication and leadership skills.
