Brands like SAP, Keen, Upwork, Henry Ford Healthcare choose our software and customer success to help them achieve their search goals because of our innovative tech, awesome customer experience, and measurable ROI. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join us on our mission to help digital strategists worldwide manage how their brand shows up in search. You will work with our customers to help them leverage our tools to get awesome results and educate them on new possibilities beyond search for their data. You will work closely with the broader customer team (marketing, sales) and engineering to get the job done for your customer and have a little fun along the way. No prior knowledge of schema markup is required.
What you’ll do:
Work closely with a subset of our customers and become a trusted advisor to them.
Spearhead professional schema services including strategy, ongoing sync-ups, and training.
Execute across all stages of our customer journey to ensure that our customers reach their desired outcomes.
Provide content recommendations based on a deep understanding of Google’s structured data documentation.
Lead quarterly business reviews consisting of in-depth analysis of results; incorporating data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Drive repeatable, predictable outcomes and experiences for Schema App’s customers.
Identify customer needs and collaborate cross-functionally with other great ‘Schemers’ to produce great outcomes.
Proactively conduct market analysis and monitor competitive activity.
Create internal and external documentation including media posts, videos, and step-by-step tutorials.
Who you are:
First and foremost, you are a lifelong learner and problem solver.
You have experience working with enterprise and strategic accounts.
You’re passionate and excited about Customer Success, technology, and being part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
You have the ability to learn and apply technical concepts such as HTML, tags, classes, and categorization. You also have the ability to teach and enable others on these concepts.
You have the ability to augment/customize the Customer Lifecycle with value add programs and processes tailored to customer needs.
You have exceptional verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
You have solid time management skills; you are able to manage competing priorities and always follow through.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, Net Revenue Retention, NPS and Churn.
Knowledge of SEO and/or Schema Markup.
Familiarity with the Digital Marketing industry and ecosystem.
An appreciation for corny jokes!
