• Meetings with multi-disciplinary teams to determine project requirements
• Engineering calculation for heat loss & heat gain
• Energy Cost Analysis
• Installation Cost Estimates
• Providing detailed HVAC designs and installation specifications
• Project coordination with installation team
• Final inspections and overseeing commissioning
• Boiler & Hydronic Piping Designs
• Chilled Water Designs
• VRF System Designs (Variable Refrigerant Flow)
• DDC Control Systems / Building Automation

Territory: State of Connecticut and Eastern New York State

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
