Our customer service team is a pillar of the entire organization’s effort to increase our customer’s satisfaction. We are looking to add customer service representatives that love to solve problems and will do whatever it takes to please our customers. No experience is necessary. All you need is a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and great communication skills.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour after training(includes hourly base plus spiffs)

Requirements:

• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with associates;
• Presents ideas effectively, both orally and in writing;
• Managing inbound and/or outbound calls;
• Following various communication scripts when speaking to a caller;
• Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;
• Building sustainable customer relationships;
• Achieving and exceeding established KPIs and performance goals.

Part-Time requirements:

• Any day of the week (Monday-Sunday)
• Any time of the day (7am-8pm)
• Must work a minimum of 4 hours per shift
• Must be available to train at least three shifts per week from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday for first 6 weeks
