Responsibilities:

• Making customers happy! : )
• Responding to emails, phone calls, social media DMs, & live chat.
• Taking part in specific tasks that help our Customer Support team run smoothly.

Skills needed:

• Computer literacy.
• Fast typing.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Patience, resilience, and thick skin.

• Experience with helpdesks (Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.)
• Experience in a call center, reception, or any phone related role.
• Experience with Social Medias (IG, FB, Tiktok, Twitter)
• Experience with Shopify back end.
• Experience with Shipstation.
• Experience with CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
• Fluency in Secondary languages.

• Passion for skincare a plus.
