Your opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Finance Analyst who will be responsible for the delivery of insightful, timely and accurate reporting for the head office Overheads Division, ensuring all customer requirements are met, processes/ systems/reporting continually improved, and opportunities for cost efficiencies and cash flow improvements proactively realised. Management of an Analyst is also required in this role.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Provide decision making support to various Divisional Directors through delivery of insightful, accurate and on-time financial report during bi-monthly Forecast & annual Budget and 5-year Long-Term Forecast for various cost centres.
• Ownership and delivery of 6 monthly Audit and Tax Packs for responsible Companies, ensuring the Balance Sheet is clean, compliant with accounting treatment and any issues identified and resolved.
• Engage with key stakeholders and customers to establish mutually beneficial relationships. Understand needs & empower team to deal with issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Ensure tax compliance and uniformity of treatment of Profit and Loss items according to Company policy and procedures.
• Actively seek opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement for the team’s deliverables.
• Participate and contribute to initiatives within the Overheads team.
• Manage and negotiate priorities with customers to ensure beneficial outcome to all where possible.
• Management of Analyst responsible for monthly payroll reconciliation activities.
• Effective communication of timetable and reporting requirement from staff.
• Train, lead and motivate team members to deliver growth and development.
