Scantec Looking for NEC Project Managers (Outside IR35) at Manchester Full Time

NEC Project Manager  (Outside IR35)
 
Our Client is an independant Civil, Structural and Transportation consultancy, they have won various framework agreements throughout the UK to deliver Engineering services to the Civil Engineering and Rail sectors. 

Due to an increase in workload they require x3 NEC Project Manager in Manchester on an initial 12 month contract.  The work will be part office / home based.

The role

As an NEC Project Manager you will manage pre/post contract management of walking, cycling and pedestrian schemes (includes new and amended pavements, highway structures, earthworks, drainage, lighting and street furniture).
 
You will have extensive experience of working independently managing highway site works in the role of as a Project Manager

Experience of the above conditions of contract including planning/programme management, risk management, quality, safety and contract administration.

Supervising other staff that form the site supervision team and will involve liaison with officers, outside bodies and stakeholders.
