CDL DRIVERS wanted – Tacoma WA
Scandinavian Designs | Dania Furniture is a home furnishings destination rooted in our love for modern design and quality craftsmanship. We are looking for a full-time OTR Class A CDL Drivers.
DEDICATED LANE(s) from DuPont WA to Southern California with your own Scandinavian Design designated truck. Home 2 days.

What You Will Do
- $0.60 CPM; 2500 – 3000 miles a week; $1,500-$1,800/week
- Dedicated Lanes and Drop and Hook opportunities.
- Dry Van
- per diem added
- Inverter
- Support staff to help you operate safely and efficiently.
- Drive interstate truck loads (states include California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, North Carolina, West to East Coast).
- Drive long distance (OTR) that will require overnight stays.
- Able to drive 40-50 hours over 4-5 days.
- Drive to and from ports, warehouses, distribution centers and stores.
- Inspect and maintain trucks and ensures the safety and security including loading and unloading of merchandise.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
- Partner with the transportation team to any issues or problems.
- Inspect products upon receipt, following all policies and guidelines.
- Additional duties, as assigned.
Who You Are
- MUST:
- A valid Class A CDL is required.
- Have a valid DOT Medical Card.
- Submit to the following prior to employment:
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Physical screening and obtain and DOT Medical Card
- Background check
- Motor vehicle record check
- 2+ years successful driving experience in trucking
- Driver’s must be 21 years or older.
- This position will be subject to random and post-accident drug screening.
- Mountain pass experience a plus, not required

- Benefits eligibility depends on scheduled hours.
**Bonus payments require 36 months of employment and are paid in equal payments of $2,500 (minus taxes and deductions) at the 90 days, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 month marks. Those that leave prior to completing the 36 months are liable of refunding the paid bonus portion back to the company. Bonus payments are based on the employee being in good standing (no policy violations, write-ups, or attendance issues).
