This position is at an early stage of the company growth and we are very interested in finding people keen to progress into senior billing or leadership roles and be a part of the ScaleUp journey.

A Bit About The Role.

• Pro-active candidate calling activity to pre-qualify and match candidates for appropriate positions.
• Active use of the CRM system, including but not limited to making general and detailed notes, skill coding candidates and recording information supporting candidate’s availability, experience, rates and expectations.
• Creation of job adverts across a range of technology roles and liaising with responding candidates.
• Talent pool candidates within vertical specialisation and being an active member in the industry.
• Nurture and develop existing candidate and client relationships through calls and meetings, providing high level of service.
• Act as an industry knowledge base to provide guidance and support to candidates and clients.
• Scheduling interviews including virtual / face to face candidate interview preparation to ensure fully briefed on company, roles, and interview preparation.
• Resume formatting to comply with client submission requirements.
• General administration activity supporting the ScaleUp internal processes and procedures.
• Lead generation and building out client network within specific niche.
• Business Development across existing clients as well as new to business to ScaleUp.
• Heaps of progression available as the company grows.

A Bit About You.

• Previous experience using a CRM and social media platforms including LinkedIn.
• Highly driven individual who loves overachieving and exceeding targets
• Good attention to detail and comfortable with KPI and targets.
• At least 4 years experience as a recruitment consultant in any industry with full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Able to demonstrate very good verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening skills, with ability to take direction and retain information.
• Ideally worked in or enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Highly resilient with ability to self-prioritise and build strong relationships.
