In this role, you will be working directly with the Backup Radar Team as part of the ScalePad organization.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work directly with the Director of Product to help define and execute the product strategy for a new product line within our rapidly growing company. Working with our talented team of product specialists, you will bring your experience with innovation and process improvement to deliver our vision for an industry-leading SaaS platform of applications in the IT space.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and listen to our customers and prospects to learn about the needs of our target market.

Work with your product peers to define an aligned, cohesive product vision.

Own the vision and direction for your domain to excite your agile teams and stakeholders.

Collaborate with Engineering to validate and scope high-level feature estimates to maintain a plausible roadmap.

Provide the product roadmap to ensure features are prioritized according to market opportunity, business objectives, and ROI.

Lead the planning of GTM release activities with cross-department representatives to coordinate delivery.

Define and monitor the success of your releases with KPIs to ensure you’ve met the objectives of each delivery.

Mentor directly under our Product Leadership who will guide you through your daily/weekly activities, providing direction and collaboration.

Meet regularly with fellow Product team members to ensure we represent Product to the company with a cohesive set of goals, processes, and communication.

Follow our partners and competitors to learn of new trends in the industry.

About You

5+ years of product experience in the SaaS field

5+ years of experience in a Product Manager role working within an agile software development process.

You have a deep understanding of product strategy and a unique ability to identify underserved areas within a target market.

You have a unique ability to distill complex problems into simple, iterative solutions.

You enjoy being challenged and taking ownership of projects to see them through.

You are a true self-starter. You thrive on being productive with little external motivation and feel a sense of urgency.

You enjoy collaborating with a small team but also appreciate autonomy and getting things done with very little hand-holding.

You take pride in your work and strive for quality in everything you do.

You are always eager to learn and improve and have empathy.

You are comfortable and productive working remotely.

You have exceptional written and verbal English skills.

Bonus Marks!

You have experience with the MSP industry or similar IT organizations.

You have worked with offshore development teams.

You have helped transition an acquired product or business line into a parent portfolio of products.

You have a familiarity with UX and can wire-frame or provide low-fidelity concepts.
