Responsibilities
Be responsible for the full cycle sales process. Engage and strategize with partners to determine their needs, provide the value proposition, and close the deal.
Be the external voice of ScalePad and educate partners on all sales resources available to them.
Maintain a knowledge base of market behavior and trends to better respond to partner needs.
Look for ways to grow and expand the current book of business while also looking for new opportunities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Listen and respond to inquiries with empathy and sound knowledge.
Contribute operationally to the growth of the Company.
Required Skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
2+ years of progressive sales experience.
Self-starter persona, dependable, and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities with empathy.
A fun, creative approach and you’re not afraid to get weird.
Experience in SaaS preferred.
Awesome communication skills with a positive and upbeat personality.
Experience presenting to prospective MSP’s as well as end-user partners an asset.
