Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Develops strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Consults with hiring leadership to anticipate, develop and provide solutions for short and long-term hiring needs and business goals.
• Completes a detailed intake session with hiring managers to determine the need and specifications of each open position.
• Identifies qualified candidates through sourcing and screening activities.
• Conducts behavioral-based interviews with candidates.
• Develops recruitment strategies to proactively engage active and passive candidates for defined functional areas. Ensures recruitment and sourcing strategies meet managers’ needs and serves as best practice guides for quality, expedient and effective hiring.
• Proactively diagnoses recruiting and sourcing issues that impact SCA’s ability to attract and retain qualified, diverse candidates/employees.
• Leverages a variety of recruiting resources, social media platforms, and internet searches to find top talent; (examples include Indeed Resume, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
• Works closely with our TA Program Manager of Diversity and Inclusion Sourcing to ensure SCA’s diversity and inclusion partnerships are integrated into all recruitment efforts.
• Educates hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices.
• Ensures communications align with the organization’s culture and strategic plans.
• Promotes SCA’s mission, vision and values, and identifies methods in which to effectively communicate SCA as an employer of choice to prospective talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Human Resources or related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience using and managing recruitment processes in an ATS (iCIMS preferred).
• Recruitment experience in healthcare setting supporting clinical roles (including Nursing) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, consistently demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to effectively lead and execute many projects and tasks in parallel.
• Knowledge and understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations that impact human resources/employment.
• Knowledge and understanding of general recruiting, compensation, benefits and general human resources policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) and HRIS Systems (UKG preferred).
• Openness to travel (approx. on a quarterly basis)

Min: USD $80,000.00/Yr. Max: USD $115,000.00/Yr.
