MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a project manager. The responsibilities of the project manager include overseeing software projects from start to finish, strategizing project execution and implementation, managing and motivating software developers and other team members and leading customer presentations. To be successful as a project manager, you should have a good working knowledge of project details and impact, the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, a top-notch project manager should have excellent communication and decision-making skills. This position will work with both software and service projects.

• Discussing new and existing projects and their parameters with clients, management, and software teams.
• Planning out software development projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
• Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
• Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to deadlines.
• Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all projects in all stages of completion.
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, change requests and enforcing scope adherence.
• Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
• Delivering completed software solutions to clients and performing regular checks on the projects’ performance.

• Ability to travel to client locations for onsite training and support if necessary (within Ohio)

Pay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
