Roles & Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Screening : Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordination : Schedule interviews, assessments, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Data Management : Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and maintain accurate records.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to legal regulations and maintain documentation for audit purposes.

Requirements

Must have skills :

• 1 year of TA (Talent Acquisition) in a manufacturing plant or HR experience or recent BA / BS graduate with internship experience
• Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred
• Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective listening skills
• Ability to multitask
• Target driven

Computer Skills :

Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred

Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate’s degree preferred, but not required

Experience :

1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA / BS graduate with internship experience
