Act as an ambassador and professional recruiter as you build a network of contacts and organizations that our talent may congregate or institutions that educate / influence in the fields of cybersecurityAnalyze recruiting data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve hiring practices while maintaining current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)Create job requisitions, knockout questions, and job descriptions that clearly define essential job qualifications and responsibilitiesScreen and prep candidates for interviews while keeping them informed of the status of their application, or where they are at within the hiring processInterview scheduling across many calendarsAssist in negotiating job offersQualificationsIs this for me : If you have the following qualifications, this job would be a great fit for you!2+ years of cybersecurity and or technology-industry recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring top-tier talent, requiredFamiliarity with a variety of Talent Acquisition and recruiting KPIsExperience with or knowledge of AI / ML preferredExpertise in working with HRIS (PayCom preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo OS applicant tracking systems, and cutting-edge recruiting toolsPerform searches for qualified candidates using sources such as computer databases, networking, job fairs, or employee referralsDesire to solve problems and think creativelyDocument and implement a successful process to manage talent acquisitionExcellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skillsBuild and maintain relationships with hiring managers and potential job candidatesPartner with hiring managers to assist in filling urgent positions with top-qualified candidatesAdditional Details This is a hybrid-remote, full-time position.

This role would require occasional travel.While SBS does offer a flexible work environment, the standard days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.

m. to 5 : 00 p.m. CT.On rare occasions, this position may require some after-work hours due to workload or a tight deadline.
