SBI Software Hiring for Senior Software Engineer Job at Remote Full Time

Location: Remote in the United States, as part of a fully distributed company.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Code, and Deploy software using React, C#, and SQL.
• Communicate with SBI’s implementation team and clients to build custom workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to analyze faults, determine root cause, and deploy solutions.
• Review pull requests before they are committed to mainline via our CI system.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Deep experience writing applications with React.
• Experience writing programs in C#.
• Understanding of relational databases, and best practice for moving data in and out of them.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the performance implications of design choices.
• Experience developing and deploying production systems.
• Use of Git to branch, pull, and merge.

Bonus Qualifications

• 4+ years as a professional Software Developer
• Experience effectively improving large and/or complex code bases.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.

Round 1: Technical screen – A quick 30-45m call to find out if we’re a good fit for each other.

Round 2: Remote “on site” section – about half a day.

• Code review – We’ll supply code and review it together.
• Technical deep dive – You’ll teach us about something you’ve got deep expertise in.
• Design interview – We’ll talk through the design of a system.
• Q&A – Time for questions and answers.

Round 3: Meet our Founders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
