- Support the general accounting processes for US entities in accordance with US GAAP. Ensure month-end close procedures are completed within timeframe set by Finance Director/Accounting Manager
- Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate backups, in accordance to company policies.
- Analyze and explain monthly general ledger fluctuations and variances.
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations. Analyze general ledger accounts and processes with an end-to-end view.
- Assist in treasury back office functions, such as timely processing of check deposits, payments, bill review.
- Manage licensing contract summary and make sure accounting is in line with licensee agreements.
- Assist in obtain licensing reports from licensees
- Research, analyze, and effectively communicate accounting issues and escalate appropriately.
- Assist with any ad hoc reports requested by management.
- Assist with gathering support for auditors
- Assist with any US tax or other government request.
- Other duties as assigned.
