Innovative global fashion leader and North America’s largest distributor of luxury fashion and accessories is hiring a Sales Operations Assistant for the business based in Orange County.

Responsibilities:

• Order Entry, Order Processing and Order Maintenance (additions, deletions, modifications), Allocation and Sales Rep contact and support
• Warehouse (shipping, receiving, warehousing, pick and pack, traffic, inventory, cycle counts,)
• EDI
• Purchasing — input into computer, issuing actual Purchase Orders, receiving into the system, vendor disputes and chargebacks, etc.)
• Consistent reinforcement of quality practices throughout the organization and assist with standardization and refinement of daily operational needs
• Customer Support
• Manage company logistics and daily operations of multi-site business
• Familiarity with computer ERP systems and report writing
• Improving operational efficiency, strong quantitative ability and experience using data to improve operational performance
• Develop and implement action plans to correct problem areas and optimize productivity
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated team player, capable of achieving set objectives.
• Project a confident and positive image while representing the company in an eloquent and professional manner.
• Operational experience in a company that sells to major retail stores is a requirement.
• Garment industry experience a requirement
• Ecomm and dropship experience a requirement (i.e. Commerce Hub, Radial , DSCO etc.)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations/purchasing experience.
• STRONG excel skills: reporting, vlookups, pivot tables, sum/if, size
• Effective time management and adherence to deadlines
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Must be a team player
• Excellent verbal and written skills a must
• Critical skills of analytical decision making
• Bilingual strongly preferred
