NYC based cult clothing brand (known for its irreverent take on the classics!) is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager.

Job Details:

• New position seeking minimum 2-4 years experience
• Requires performance marketing experience owning paid search and paid social in the consumer goods space (ie; fashion, beauty, food/bev)
• Own and manage performance and growth marketing
• Paid Search and Paid Social (50/50) 
• Budget management
• Looking at CAC and ROAS channel by channel, campaign by campaign
• Managing digital marketing agency
• Reports into President and works cross functionally with finance dept, creative development dept and Founder/CEO/CD ensuring performance marketing is aligned with product strategy and promotions
• Works alongside 1 other person in Ecommerce who manages shopify, web development and conversion.
