Growing High volume warehouse in New Jersey looking for Import Coordinator.  Need someone experienced with high-volume orders. Overtime, 401 with match and room for growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor trade, transport, and purchase orders from China
• Follow vendor reports and track purchase orders
• Communicate with purchasing & sales team for any issue
• Ability to work with custom clearance agents
• Ability to process reports
• Identifies issues and demonstrate problem-solving that may impact, affect productivity and overall customer service
• Monitor and track incoming merchandise shipments – updating team members and ERP system

Qualifications:

• Must have general computer knowledge, such as excel & Microsoft word
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Pays strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and with a team
