SBH Fashion Hiring for Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist at New York, NY Full Time

Customer Service:

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support via various channels (phone, email, chat) by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our fashion products, including sizing, styles, and availability, to assist customers effectively.
• Liaise with cross team partners to solve all client needs including but not limited to return requests, late orders, damaged and incorrect order items.
• Reach out to new customers daily to increase sales and your portfolio of new ongoing clients.
• Provide styling advice for clients placing orders via email, phone and zoom.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Salesforce Utilization: Utilize Salesforce to access customer information, record interactions, and manage cases efficiently.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer data within Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.

Salesforce Expertise:

• Salesforce Navigation: Navigate Salesforce to retrieve customer data, track interactions, and manage cases effectively.
• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate technical issues such as integration or system-related problems to the appropriate team (Power Sync) for resolution.
• Maintain data integrity (orders, products, customer info, etc.)
• Create and modify workflows and automations.
• Manage integrations with other software/systems (e.g., Shopify, case system)
• Create custom dashboards and templates.
• Control account permissions
• Research and recommend new features.

Salary: $90,000-$95,000
