Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Duties:

• Develop and execute digital marketing calendar for all web based activities on both B2B and B2C websites including promotional schedule and campaign launches
• Oversee all aspects of performance marketing including but not limited to google ads and social media advertising, SEO, affiliates; working alongside agencies as necessary to build traffic and convert customers
• Create clear email marketing strategy, develop and execute and continuously measure results
• Continuously improve UX on both B2C and B2B websites focusing on the differentiator of service while keeping a clear focus on continuously driving revenue
• Develop customer acquisition and loyalty/retention strategies
• Collaborates with team members & provides guidance to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online presence of the company’s website, as well as overall website UX
• Prepare weekly sales s and analyze online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and insights to leadership
• Manage the company’s external and internal affiliate programs through all phases

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a similar position; Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing
• Familiarity with klaviyo preferred
• Experience with facebook ads manager, google ad words
• Proficient in web based KPIs for both UX and performance marketing

Selected candidates will be required to take two assessments (Wonderlic and Predictive Index) which should take about 30-45 minutes.
