About the role

As an Associate or Associate Director, you will work with senior Sayers leaders and other colleagues in small project teams, who are committed to helping you thrive and investing in your ongoing development.

Our mandates are broad and impactful – you will have exposure to:

• Developing digital and technology strategies
• Designing and implementing new operating models
• Shaping and steering large transformation programs
• Developing technology architecture blueprints
• Conducting technology due diligence on M&A transactions.

You will be comfortable in role modelling our values, applying your exceptional communication skills, commercial acumen, creativity, interpersonal skills and technology/digital foundations in different settings and industries, from early-stage high-growth companies, to larger, more complex organisations.

About you

We are looking for Technology Associates (with 2-5 years’ experience in a technology/digital related field) and Associate Directors (with 5+ years’ experience in technology consulting or internal technology leadership roles), with the following skillset:

• Experience in contributing to or leading elements of digital or technology strategy development (e.g., market research, technology trends and emerging technologies, competitor analysis, capability builds, implementation roadmaps, business cases).
• Solid foundational knowledge of core technology and digital concepts – e.g., cloud, data, AI, architecture, platforms, digital channels, operating models, customer experience and/or customer journey mapping – with advanced knowledge in a few elements.
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in cross-functional project teams, in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Gathering, analysing and synthesising information, formulating and validating hypotheses, developing and communicating recommendations.
• Advanced commercial acumen, quantitative aptitude, and ability to articulate the value from investing in technology and digital transformation.
• Ability to synthesise and communicate complex ideas effectively (both verbally and written)
• Undergraduate degree in a technology, business IT or related area
• An MBA, post-graduate studies or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
