We are actively seeking a full-time Accounting Service Associate (Admin/Report Coordinator) to join our growing firm located in Parsippany, NJ.

Summary:

This individual will be responsible for all production aspects of client Financial Statements, Arrangement Letters, Valuation Reports, and related documents including but not limited to typing, formatting, printing, binding, proofreading; provide administrative support to our A&A group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Format Financial Statements, letters and reports according to Firm standards
• Review and monitor A&A Production Reports to ensure that all reports are being produced timely
• Become familiar with each niche and the respective standardization
• Be consistent and thorough in proofreading
• Utilize software to produce 1099’s and W-2s for clients
• Assist A&A Partners and staff with administrative duties

Education and/or Experience:

• Associates degree or equivalent
• At least 3+ year’s administrative experience in a professional services firm required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office 365 products
• Familiarity with Adobe functionality; experience with Caseware is desirable
• Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the capacity to adapt easily
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Background in accounting or experience working for an accounting firm is desired
• Prior experience as a legal assistant also desired
• Exceptional grammar and punctuation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive working relationship with fellow team members
• Vacation blackouts, overtime, and availability on Saturdays required February – April and September – October
