Sawgrass Realty Investors, LLC Hiring for Staff Accountant Job at Remote Full Time

Staff Accountant needed for privately held commercial real estate investment company which specializes in multifamily investments. We currently own 7 apartment communities and are very active in seeking to acquire more. The position involves opening and closing the books for each asset every month. It also involves producing monthly financial statements and balance sheets. It further involves some work in A/P and in insurance. Chasseur Realty Investors, LLC, is a small boutique investment company but we strive to maintain a very polished and professional image to our high net worth investors and to the national commercial brokerage community. This position may be done remotely but we would strongly prefer someone based in Mt. Dora, Orlando or Tampa.
