About the role
We are seeking an organized and hospitality-driven Office Coordinator to join the team at Savory!

Our office headquarters is located in midtown Manhattan, right by Bryant Park, and shares the building with our midtown commissary kitchen. The Savory Team strives to exemplify hospitality in everything we do, internally with our team and externally with clients.

As the first face the team and visitors to our office HQ will encounter, Savory’s Office Coordinator should have a warm and welcoming demeanor, always ready to support the team and our guests with unparalleled customer service.

This is an hourly, in-person position, with an expected schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm.

This role is a key addition to our growing team. Here are some examples of the primary responsibilities of our Office Coordinator:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Greet team members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that everyone has a hospitable experience from entering to exiting the space
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate party or take messages as needed
• Maintain inventory and regular ordering of all supplies necessary for smooth office operations
• Coordinate with IT and Talent teams to manage technology inventory, assignments, and ordering
• Organize and keep tidy all common areas: conference rooms, office kitchen, bathrooms, supply storage
• Serve as liaison between the Savory team and third-party vendors for building services and maintenance, supply distributors, etc.
• Distribute incoming mail and coordinate any mail pickups or needs
• Support internal catering orders: setup, breakdown, scheduling
• Ensure that the office is clean and organized, and that safety procedures are followed
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-2 years of experience in an office setting, a background in the hospitality industry is a plus!
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter with an interest in improving processes and streamlining the employee experience
• A solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable and responsive with the willingness and availability to be in-person Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
