SaveOnSP, LLC has an immediate need for an Assistant Controller to join our growing team! As the Assistant Controller, your responsibilities will include assisting with reporting, forecasting and budgeting for the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements
• Establishing and maintaining internal controls
• Manage and prepare extensive financial reconciliation processes
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial statement package
• Prepare ad-hoc requests and analysis
• Assist with financial forecasts
• Assist with budget process
• Prepare analysis and analytics on balance sheet and income statement accounts monthly, quarterly, annually
• Prepare commission calculations
• Assist with transaction processing throughout multiple companies
• Assist with 401(k) plan submission process
• Maintain confidentiality of the organization and client information
• Communicate confidently and effectively with peers and all levels of team members within SaveonSP and client organizations
• Stay current on organizational policies and procedures
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• CPA license required
• 1-3 years experience in public accounting preferred
• Ability to work effectively and professionally in a team environment and independently
• Ability to self-start and problem solve

• Highly proficient in Excel
