The Talent Acquisition Regional Team Lead will provide oversite & support to regional in market recruiters. They will hold functional responsibility for recruiting, strategic planning, and associated initiatives to continuously feed the company’s pipeline in pursuit of the goal of being fully staffed.

What a day is like:

• Oversee the performance and development of the regional Talent Acquisition Business Partners in their ability to source, screen and select talent for the organization
• Manage staffing escalations and assist with key hard to fill roles
• Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for select Salaried & Corporate requisitions
• Partner with the District Managers & RVPs to evaluate staffing requirements and strategies to achieve strategic goals.
• Oversee and execute on the company’s recruiting marketing strategy, leveraging the Tag Line, Employer Value Proposition, Brand Promise continuously
• Attend select career fair and industry events to network, attract talent and build brand awareness.
• Select, coordinate, and attend trade shows, conventions and other events continuously promoting careers in the green industry (“green collar”) and SAT as employer of choice
• Assist with new Acquisition staffing integrations & training of new hiring managers
• Execute and manage regional Campus Recruiting & Intern Program
• Assist with TA special projects

What kind of person we’re looking for? Someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR – proven track record with skilled trade and/or front line preferred
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Proven ability to interface and influence a broad spectrum of persons and roles, i.e. college students – senior management
• Proficient with ATS and HRIS
• Proven ability in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strategic decision-making ability and attention to detail
• Well-organized, flexible and be able to prioritize tasks
• Ability to manage up in a high paced, entrepreneurial and excellence driven culture
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PPT
• Remote opportunity with ability to travel about 10-25% within region.
