What you will be doing:

• Manage customer orders and inventory systems
• Answer phones and assist with customer needs
• Enter customer orders and railcar shipments in inventory
• Ensure all railcars’ Inbound and Outbound inspections are completed
• Scale trucks in and out for load weights
• Prepare documentation for truck arrivals and departures (Bill of Lading, Truck Arrival Checklist, Truck Departure Checklist)

Requirements of a successful Coordinator:

• Proficient communication in English and French (written and spoken)

*

• Proficient in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, and good organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task

Here are some of the physical requirements of this role:

• Coordinator will work on-site at our Beauharnois, Quebec location
• Must be able to sit for long periods

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
