This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join our Asset Services division in Morwell, Victoria for 2 maintenance shutdown projects. The first will be in July and the second in October this year. The role is required for both projects, covering approximately 4 weeks of full time hours + overtime for each.

THE ROLE

The role will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities on the project/s.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Project administration including costings and accounts receivable invoicing
• Raising purchase orders
• Basic payroll data entry of timesheets
• Purchasing of PPE/ consumables
• Maintaining effective records and file management
• Data processing and input
• Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
• Answer telephone enquiries to a high standard
• Provide ad-hoc administration support onsite to all key personnel

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar site-based role
• Previous experience of working on a power station shutdown (desirable)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in the use of the SAP software
• Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with a range of stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work confidently both as part of a team and autonomously
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures

It is also a site requirement that all employees are double vaccinated. Evidence of this is required prior to commencement.
