Satellite Office (SO) has a highly experienced management team both in Australia (our founding team is in Sydney) and the Philippines, with sales capability in the US / EMEA as well. This combination of highly experienced senior executive talent in both countries provides a strong point of difference to our competitors and helps us to achieve +50 NPS ratings from our clients.
This role s to the Chief Growth Officer who is based in Sydney. Some international travel will be required.
About this role:
This role is all about driving our growth ambitions. Satellite Office has reached the scale and success we are today due largely to our genuinely best-in-class service and product offering and great people, but to get us to where we’re going next and support our ambitious growth targets, we need to up our game when it comes to marketing and distribution. This is where you come in.
This is a hands-on leadership role. We’re looking for someone with 10+ years of digital, growth, product marketing and leadership experience, especially with digital media platforms in a performance marketing context, who’s fine doing contributional work themselves. They’ll manage a team of 6, mostly based offshore, with the opportunity to expand / amend the team as needed (as well as the budget).
Success in this role is about building best-in-class digital marketing foundations and growing our lead generation and conversion funnel performance. You’ll need to be at the top of your game in understanding how to build a B2B profile across multiple digital channels and convert through to client acquisition. As well as new business growth, you’ll also get involved in our inside sales activities to grow the scale and stickiness of existing clients.
